| So it only moves at 1.5x the speed of Gingaman's navi, and homes in, while adding 10 more dmg. That's not too bad.
Approved! | |

| you stated 1.5x the user. Which would be your navi. If you really meant the other navi, then there has to be a speed limit, such as if the navi is impossibly fast it cant keep up. It should work against most navi's except the ones that are exponentially faster than normal. A battle chip has its limits after all, it can't go 15x faster than the average navi. | |

| its not 15x, but only 1.5x speed regardless of the targets speed, meaning that 1,5x zero is still zero, if you stop moving so dose the shot | |

| I know its 1.5 but 1.5x of 10x is 15x, which is way beyond the limits of a battle chip.
If you don't understand. Say that my navi is Insanely fast like 10 times faster than Gingaman. Your homing shot cannot use the 1.5 multiplier on that. Because it would break the limitations of a single battle chip. That's why they invented Program Advances and such, because there is only so much a single battle chip can do, unless its a dark chip.

| so in other words a very basic program using the formula 1.5 * X when X is the speed of the target is impossible when the worlds best programers are writhing it? | |

| So therefore it's speed limit is 1.5 times faster than the maximum speed a regular customized navi can achieve.
to make it even simpler: If The fastest Customized Navi is 10/10 in speed. Then your homing projectile will be 15/10. This is fine.
However if your enemy is 20/10 or more, such as 50/10 or 100/10, then your homing thing will max out 15/10
((1.5 * X, if X = Infinity is impossible. Although its not really infinity. For all intents on purposes, pretend it is))

| Theres only 2 Navi's that are capable of going that fast. And one of them is an NPC.
So you won't have to worry about that.
