History: Taishi Shotoku was a great netbattler and a Netsaver who became recognized for his talents but one day he fought a darkloidthat was just too strong and his navi was facing deletion, so he gave in to temptation and used the dark chip that he confiscated from a previous raid. His Netnavi was able to finally beat his opponent but it came at a huge cost, as now Kenman is permanently suffering from the side effects of the Dark Chip.
