If this is approved how many can i have??

Ok so basically its a shield that block one attack up to 100 dmg, if more it will break through?

Or would you rather it block multiple attacks until the 100 dmg limit is reached?

How about this, it blocks multiple hits up to the 100 percent, but no damage left over, after 100% is carried over?

You mean, you dont want the overflow damage, from a really powerful attack? Just your shield breaking without dealing any extra damage to your navi?

How about if the attack is over 100 then you take 50 damage for the shield breaking?

That makes sense, because it needs to have a weakness, and if it's approved how many would i be able to get?

You could just use a barrier 100 and you wouldn't take any damage, but you can use as many as you want.

Okay then can i up the shield to 150?

Sure. How about this? It eliminates one attack if it goes over 150 damage, but if not then the shield remains. You won't take any damage, but you'll be limited to the amount you can have.

Yeh but theres one problem I see in that, If a person uses their absolutely strongest attacks like Program Advances or stronger and he can just block like 3-5 Program Advances without any consequence. There probably should be some kind of limit or downside if the attack power is pretty high.

A Program Advance is created with 3-5 chips so 3-5 Program Advances is like 9-25 chips completely blocked and made worthless with only 3-5 chips. I hope you can understand where I am going with this?

Yeh, that seems pretty fair.

Okay. So, the final decision is three in your folder and they have only reduce the damage of a program advance by 150? All other attacks equal or over 150 are eliminated without any side affects, but the shield goes away. Attacks below 150 have no affect on the shield.
